All tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties or guarantees of specific results, uptime, or functionality. Intellectual Property Rights

User-Generated Content and File Ownership
When you upload files to ToolKitHubs for processing (image conversion, compression, background removal, etc.), you retain all ownership rights to your original files and the processed output files. We make no claim to ownership of your content. However, by uploading files to our Platform, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process those files solely for the purpose of performing the requested tool operation.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any files you submit to our Platform. This means you must either own the content, have explicit permission from the copyright holder, or have a valid legal basis (like fair use) for using the material. You warrant that your uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
Our Rights and Actions
We reserve the right to refuse processing or remove any content that violates these Terms, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion. However, we do not pre-screen or monitor uploaded content and are not responsible for content uploaded by users. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we automatically delete all uploaded files immediately after processing and do not retain copies, backups, or archives.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranties
ToolKitHubs is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted service. Calculator Accuracy
While our calculators (BMI, EMI/Loan, Age, Percentage, Date Difference) use standard, verified formulas and are tested for accuracy, they provide general informational results that should not be considered professional advice. BMI calculations do not replace medical consultation, loan calculations may not account for all fees or regional variations, and all calculator results should be verified independently for critical decisions. We are not responsible for financial losses, health consequences, or other damages resulting from reliance on calculator outputs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolKitHubs and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our Platform, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
